ELAINE Matthews struck a hat-trick to help leaders Kenley seal promotion to Division Four.

Matthews opened the scoring for the hosts at Warlingham School, slotting home from close range before Lisa Sheppard extended their advantage. After a number of interchanges between the defence and midfield, Matthews put away her second to make it 3-0.

Epsom pulled one back in the second half but Kenley continued to press. Two further break away goals starting from moves in defence saw Sue McGrath net and Matthews put away her third of the game.
